We ask that you donate what you can, when you can. All donations go to helping families in recovery.

You do not need to be in recovery to join us! Open to the community.

Meditation releases stress, brings clarity and wellness into our lives. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced meditator this class is for you! We will explore different methods of meditation including guided imagery, breathing, centering etc.

Come and join us for a relaxing, inspiring evening full of light and laughter.
